Chicago Police Department – Reform Management

The Chicago Police Department (CPD) Office of Constitutional Policing and Reform implements reforms required in the consent decree between the Illinois Office of the Attorney General (OAG) and the City of Chicago.

As a project manager from 2018 to 2021, I worked with CPD bureaus and senior leadership, the court-appointed Independent Monitor Team, and the OAG to further reforms in the areas of police training and use of force.
